shoaib malik is a pakistani cricketer.he also give his services as captain for pakistani team,he is an all rounder he is  hard hitting right hand batsman.He play his first one-Day international against the West indies and first test aguinst Bangaladesh.He gets over 100 wickets and his batting average in mid 30 in both ODI and test.In march 2010 Malik received one-year ban from ICC.The ban was overturned after two months.Following Inzimam-ul-haq resignation a pakistani captain after the 2007 world cup,malik was put forward one of the  names for the captaincy along with Younus Khan and Mohammad Yousaf.After Younus Khan rejection,malik was the popular choice as a younger player and was seen to represent a fresh start after the Inze era.
