Shahid Kapoor  born on 25February 1981 in Delhi, India.His parents divorced when he was three years.He continued living with his mother and grandparents in Press Enclave,aket in Delhi.He shares a cordial relationship with his father and stepmother Supriya Pathak.As a child, he studied at Gyan Bharati School in Delhi until the fourth grade,where he shifted to Rajhans Vidyalaya Mumbai. 

Shaid Kapoor is an Indian film actor known for his in Hindi films.He is the has two Film Awards form four nominations.Shahid Kapoor start his career by working in different music videos and television commercials.He make his film debut with a leading role in the romantic comedy ISHQ VISHk 2003 for which he won a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.He followed it with roles in lesser successful films like FIDA 2004 and SHIKHAR 2005.

From 2010 to 2013 his featured in a series of box office flops which led to a professional setback.The action film R..RAJKUMAR 2013 proved to be his first commercial success in three years.In 2014 Kapoor portrayed the HAMLET character in Bhardwaj`s critically acclaimed drama HAIDER, for which he won several awards ,including the Filmfare Award for Best actor.In July 2013,Kapoor and Sharhukh Khan co-hosted the 14th IIFA Award in Macau.His first film release the year was the Rajkumar Santoshi-directed comedy film PHATA POSTER NIKLA HERO opposite Ileana D`Cruz. The film received mixed reviews from the critics,and became Kapoor`s third consecutive box office flop.
